I graduated from Kansas State University in May \'04 with a degree in journalism. My first job as a staff photographer was at the Jackson Hole News&Guide in Jackson WY. I shot for a large weekly newspaper and a smaller daily as well as a magazine. They are all entities of the Jackson Hole News&Guide and use the same photo staff. I am now a photographer in the Wichita Kansas area.

I was named the Kansas Newspaper Journalist of the Year last year for my work as a photojournalist for the Kansas State Collegian.
I placed in the top 10 in all 3 Hearst photojournalism competitions this last year.
I\'ve been published in many publications around the country including USA Today, Dallas Morning News, Seattle Times and Sports Illustrated. I was also an award winner at the 2002 Eddie Adams workshop.
