Embodying a 'No Judgements' Theme for a Chance to Travel to Iceland as
Photojournalist

NEW YORK, Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- They say a picture is worth a thousand
words. Thanks to Nikon and Crunch Fitness, a picture could be worth a brand
new Nikon Coolpix(R) 5400 digital camera, professional photography training, a
trip for two to Iceland and more with the launch of the "No Judgements" Photo
contest on August 20, 2003. The contest, which runs through September 15,
challenges contestants to send in their pictures of what they think best
captures Crunch's philosophy of "No Judgements."

"This contest is about a celebration of life and appreciating the
technology we have to capture its moments on film," says Jim Solomon, CEO for
Crunch Fitness. "Nikon is certainly one of the very best in the world at
developing this technology and together we are excited to see the public's
artistic interpretations of our "No Judgements" philosophy."

The Grand Prize winner will be trained by Nikon's best before traveling to
Iceland with their new Nikon Coolpix 5400 digital camera to serve as a
photojournalist for Crunch Magazine. The winner's series of photographs will
be featured in the November issue!

"Nikon is very enthusiastic about the new relationship between our Coolpix
line of digital cameras and Crunch Fitness," said Lisa Baxt, communications
manager, Communication, at Nikon Inc. "Photography, like fitness, is about
pushing the limits and focusing on exhibiting an inner beauty. Both brands
are leaders in our respective industries and each have an aggressive,
forward-looking approach toward finding new and exciting ways to reach out to
our customers."

For information about the contest or to submit your photos digitally,
please visit the "No Judgements" website at http://www.crunch.com between August 15 and September 15. Beginning September 19, the top ten finalists will be profiled on the website with photos displayed for judging by website visitors.
